The Piaroa of Colombia
The Piaroa of Colombia, numbering about 750 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Indigenous people of the middle Orinoco Basin whose communities in Colombia's Vichada and Guaviare regions share a transborder heritage with Piaroa populations in Venezuela and maintain a distinct Saliban cultural tradition.
