The Badyara of Senegal
The Badyara of Senegal, numbering about 3,300 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Atlantic-language-speaking people of the Koundara borderlands shared with Guinea and Guinea-Bissau, traditionally supplementing farming income through beekeeping and hand-woven cotton cloth.
They are an indigenous people in the Atlantic people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Badyara.
