The Bimoba of Burkina Faso
The Bimoba of Burkina Faso, numbering about 4,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a small Burkina Faso population of the Moba people whose ancestors migrated south after the Kingdom of Fada-Gurma collapsed around 1420, later driven north by the Mamprusi and Dagomba using Chokosi mercenaries.
They are an indigenous people in the Gur people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Moba.
