The Jingpo of China
The Jingpo of China, numbering about 29,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are the largest Kachin subgroup, known as Jingpo in China and Singpho in India, descended from the ancient Di and Qiang of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, who completed their migration to the China-Myanmar borderlands by the 1500s.
They are an indigenous people in the Miri-Kachin people cluster of the Himalayan Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Kachin.
