The Bit of China
The Bit of China, numbering about 850 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a very small Austroasiatic (Mon‑Khmer) people group living in southern Yunnan Province, near the borders of Laos and Vietnam. They are distinct ethnically and linguistically, but their identity has often been blurred by official classifications.
They are an indigenous people in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Bit.
