The Ta-Oy Ralok of Laos, numbering about 850 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Ta‑Oy ethnolinguistic community indigenous to southern Laos, who speak Upper Ta’oih, a Mon‑Khmer language, and preserve a distinct Ralok identity rooted in the cultural traditions of the Ta‑Oy people.
They are an indigenous people in the Mon-Khmer people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Upper Ta'oih.
