The Sida of Laos
The Sida of Laos, numbering about 2,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Indigenous Tibeto-Burman people of northern Laos related to the Sila, whose communities trace migrations within the Laos-Vietnam borderlands and preserve a distinct ethnolinguistic identity through oral traditions.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Sila.
