The Lahu Kuisoong of Laos
The Lahu Kuisoong of Laos, numbering about 1,600 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Kuisoong subgroup of the Lahu people of Laos who are closely associated with the Yellow Lahu tradition and maintain a distinct identity within the Lahu communities of northern Laos.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Lahu Shi.
