The Lajjhar of India
The Lajjhar of India, numbering about 6,600 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a landless community of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, also known as Rajbhar or Batai, the latter recalling their work as farm laborers. They are Hindu, worshipping the Panch Pandav alongside Hindu deities.
They are an indigenous people in the Hindi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Hindi.

Pray for the Lajjhar
- Romans 10:14–15. Ask God to send messengers, so that people can hear, believe and call on the name of the Lord.
