The Naga Kacha of India
The Naga Kacha of India, numbering about 70,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Naga group of Tamenglong district in Manipur, also called Hamei, who trace origin to a cave near Maram Willong village. Shifting and wet cultivation remain primary, and some now worship the Christian Supreme Being Tingwang.
They are an indigenous people in the Tangsa Naga people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Zeme Naga.
