The Ghantiya of India
The Ghantiya of India, numbering about 350 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Gujarati community that migrated from Jodhpur district in Rajasthan, whose name derives from ghanti, meaning grinding stone, traditionally making and repairing stone grinders before shifting to hardware repair work.
They are an indigenous people in the Gujarati people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Gujarati.
