The Masku of India
The Masku of India, numbering about 700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a collective term for several communities in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh, traditionally performing Hindu death rites for payment. Many now farm or work in government service.
They are an indigenous people in the Nepali-Pahari people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Kangri.
