The Zamral of India
The Zamral of India, numbering about 7,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Scheduled Caste of Khargone district, Madhya Pradesh, traditionally basket-makers who also construct bamboo-roof structures. Agricultural and non-agricultural labor and government service now supplement this traditional craft.
They are an indigenous people in the Rajasthani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Nimadi.
