The Gurru of India
The Gurru of India, numbering about 500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Brahmin-descended community of Rajasthan, also called Rajgurru and Garg, tracing lineage to the sage Garg Rishi, Mewari-speaking, traditionally astrologers and palmists.
They are an indigenous people in the Other South Asian people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Mewari.
