The Dafer of India
The Dafer of India, numbering about 275 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Muslim and Hindu community of Saurashtra in Gujarat tracing its migration from Sindh, formerly subsisting on hunting and food-gathering before shifting to agriculture and daily-wage labor.
They are an indigenous people in the Sindhi people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Kachhi.
