The Andamanese of India
The Andamanese of India, numbering about 12,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a group of indigenous (aboriginal) peoples of the Andaman Islands, which are part of India’s Andaman and Nicobar Islands in the Bay of Bengal.
They are an indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Andaman Creole Hindi.
