The Great Andamanese of India
The Great Andamanese of India, numbering about 60 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a once-large group of Indigenous Island peoples who lived across the Andaman Islands but were nearly wiped out after colonial contact, leaving a small surviving community today with much of their traditional language and culture greatly diminished.
They are an indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Andaman Creole Hindi.
