The Arain (Dogri) of India, numbering about 1,800 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Muslim agricultural community of the north‑western Indian subcontinent, historically known as skilled cultivators, market gardeners, and farmers. Today they are found in Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.
They are an indigenous people in the Arain people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Dogri (individual language).
