The Gujjar (Awadhi), Muslim of India, numbering about 451,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a large and diverse ethnic community found across northern and western India. Historically, they have been associated with pastoralism, cattle herding, dairy production, agriculture, and, in some regions, nomadic or semi-nomadic lifestyles.
They are an indigenous people in the Gujjar people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Awadhi.
