The Chuukese of the United States
The Chuukese of the United States, numbering about 6,700 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an indigenous Micronesian people of Chuuk State in the Federated States of Micronesia, distinguished by the Chuukese language and culture and traditionally centered on the islands and atolls of Chuuk Lagoon.
They are a diaspora people in the Micronesian people cluster of the Pacific Islander Peoples. Their primary religion is Roman Catholicism, and they primarily speak Chuukese.
