The Vanniyar (Tamil) of India, numbering about 1,105,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a widespread community of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala, also called Agnikula Kshatriya or Palli, claiming descent from warriors born of sacred fire. Agriculture remains their principal occupation.
They are an indigenous people in the Vanniyan people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Tamil.

Pray for the Vanniyar (Tamil)
- Romans 10:14–15. Ask God to send messengers, so that people can hear, believe and call on the name of the Lord.
