The Winnebago of the United States
The Winnebago of the United States, numbering about 2,100 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Indigenous Native American nation of the Great Lakes–Upper Midwest region. Today, they exist primarily as two federally recognized tribes: the Ho-Chunk Nation of Wisconsin and the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska.
They are an indigenous people in the North American Indigenous people cluster of the North American Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak English.
