The Nuxalk of Canada
The Nuxalk of Canada, numbering about 1,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Coast Salish nation, also called Bella Coola, whose villages along British Columbia's Bella Coola Valley were built around salmon and eulachon fishing and a potlatch-based social order still upheld by the hereditary House of Smayusta.
They are an indigenous people in the North American Indigenous people cluster of the North American Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak English.
