The Cayuga of the United States
The Cayuga of the United States, numbering about 60 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are one of the five founding nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, traditionally centered on the Finger Lakes region around Cayuga Lake, whose villages were devastated by the 1779 Sullivan Expedition during the American Revolution.
They are an indigenous people in the North American Indigenous people cluster of the North American Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak English.
