The Chamba Bedouins of Algeria, numbering about 101,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an Arabic-speaking Bedouin tribal population of central Algeria whose historical homeland lies along the northern Sahara, particularly around the Mzab region, Metlili, El Goléa (El Meniaa), Ouargla, and adjacent oasis districts.
They are an indigenous people in the Bedouin, Saharan people cluster of the Arab Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Algerian Arabic.
