The Malian of France
The Malian of France, numbering about 97,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a diaspora community in France descended largely from migrants from Mali’s Senegal River and Kayes regions who maintain strong cultural, economic, and family ties to Mali while forming part of France’s West African population.
They are a diaspora people in the Malinke-Bambara people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak French.
