The Jaggali of India
The Jaggali of India, numbering about 9,800 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Scheduled Caste community found in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, a subgroup of the Madiga also known as Jambava. They are traditionally leather-tanners and shoemakers.
They are an indigenous people in the Telugu people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism, and they primarily speak Telugu.
