The Dandachatra Majhi of India
The Dandachatra Majhi of India, numbering about 162,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an occupational caste community of Odia, Bengali, and Kudmali language speakers found in Mayurbhanj and Baleswar districts of Odisha, Midnapur district of West Bengal, and Singhbhum district of Bihar, traditionally carrying royal and temple insignias.
They are an indigenous people in the Odia people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Hinduism, and they primarily speak Odia.
