The Jingar of India
The Jingar of India, numbering about 81,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a widely distributed community across central and southern India whose name comes from jin, meaning saddle, their traditional craft. Many now work as painters, idol-makers, or blacksmiths instead.
They are an indigenous people in the Rajasthani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism, and they primarily speak Marwari (India).
