The Gavaria of India
The Gavaria of India, numbering about 96,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Scheduled Caste of Rajasthan also known as Kangar, once nomadic traders in dry fruit and cattle who took up making combs from buffalo horn after the cattle trade was monopolized by the Lavana Banjara.
They are an indigenous people in the Rajasthani people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism, and they primarily speak Marwari (India).
