The Jatapur of India
The Jatapur of India, numbering about 150,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Scheduled Tribe of the hill country of Srikakulam and Vizianagaram districts in Andhra Pradesh, speaking the Kuvi language. They traditionally practice both settled and shifting cultivation under a village council headed by a dora.
They are an indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism, and they primarily speak Kuvi.
