The Yerukula of India

The Yerukula of India, numbering about 652,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are a Scheduled Tribe of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who call themselves Kurru, their common name from women's traditional fortune-telling craft, historically nomadic and organized into occupational groups for basket-weaving, mat-weaving, and rope-making.

They are an indigenous people in the South Asian Tribal people cluster of the South Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Hinduism, and they primarily speak Yerukula.
