The Morelos Nahuatl of Mexico, numbering about 56,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Nahua people of Morelos state in Mexico centered on Hueyapan on Popocatepetl's southern slopes, founded by tradition around 902 AD by settlers from Xochimilco, noted for fine backstrap-loom woolen weaving.
They are an indigenous people in the Aztec people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Catholicism, and they primarily speak Spanish.
