The Tolupan of Honduras

The Tolupan of Honduras, numbering about 33,500 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an agrarian people of Honduras's Yoro department organized into 28 tribes, plus two communities that resettled in the mountains of La Flor after resisting 19th-century missionary efforts to assimilate them into mainstream Honduran society.

They are an indigenous people in the South American Indigenous people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Catholicism, and they primarily speak Tol.
