The Judeo-Persian Jews of Iran
The Judeo-Persian Jews of Iran, numbering about 11,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are descendants of Jewish communities established since the Achaemenid Empire whose Judeo-Persian language, written in Hebrew script, produced a substantial religious poetic literature closely modeled on classical Persian verse.
