The Tagulandang of Indonesia
The Tagulandang of Indonesia, numbering about 18,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an island people of Indonesia's Sangihe archipelago whose Tagulandang kingdom was founded in 1570 by Queen Lohoranung, later under Dutch control from 1677, converting to Protestant Christianity through missionaries beginning in the 16th century.
They are an indigenous people in the Minahasa-Sangir of Sulawesi people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Sangir.
