The Rotinese of Indonesia, numbering about 39,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Austronesian ethnolinguistic people belonging to the Rotenese (Roti/Rote) population of Rote Island, the southernmost island of Indonesia, located just southwest of Timor in East Nusa Tenggara Province (Nusa Tenggara Timur).
They are an indigenous people in the Timor people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Protestantism, and they primarily speak Termanu.
