The Lamma of Indonesia
The Lamma of Indonesia, numbering about 16,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Papuan-language community of western Pantar Island in Indonesia's Alor Archipelago, speaking the Lamma dialect of Western Pantar amid a region otherwise surrounded by unrelated Austronesian languages.
They are an indigenous people in the Flores-Sumba-Alor people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Lamma.
