The Asilulu of Indonesia
The Asilulu of Indonesia, numbering about 14,500 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a west-coast Ambon community centered in Asilulu and Ureng villages, with livelihoods rooted in fishing and clove and nutmeg cultivation.
They are an indigenous people in the Maluku-Central people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Asilulu.
