The Lampung Pesisir of Indonesia
The Lampung Pesisir of Indonesia, numbering about 596,000 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an Indigenous coastal Lampung people of southern Sumatra who follow the Saibatin tradition, a hereditary leadership system centered on princely lineages, and speak the Lampung Api dialect.
They are an indigenous people in the Lampung of Sumatra people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Sunni Islam, and they primarily speak Lampung Api.
