The Lu of China
The Lu of China, numbering about 4,700 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Guizhou, historically known as Songjia and officially classified as Manchu in 1985, yet maintaining a distinct Lu identity separate from both local groups and northeastern Manchus.
They are an indigenous people in the Manchu people cluster of the East Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Mandarin Chinese.
