The Ayizi of China
The Ayizi of China, numbering about 950 people, are Engaged yet Unreached. They are an indigenous Yi subgroup of Shilin County in Yunnan, also known as Ge, whose distinct Ayizi language is now limited mainly to elderly speakers after widespread shift to Mandarin.
They are an indigenous people in the Other Tibeto-Burmese people cluster of the Tibetan Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Mandarin Chinese.
