The Tayten of Laos
The Tayten of Laos, numbering about 550 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are an indigenous community of Ban Phia and Ban Tenngiou in Pakxeng District, Luang Prabang Province, whose poorly documented language may be either Thin or Tai Then.
They are an indigenous people in the Tai people cluster of the Southeast Asian Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak T'en.
