The Iban of Brunei
The Iban of Brunei, numbering about 24,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a Dayak Laut people who migrated from Sarawak into Brunei just before World War II seeking new land, living in communal longhouses that could be extended to welcome newcomers, with a warrior culture once centered on headhunting until the early 1900s.
They are an indigenous people in the Borneo-Kalimantan people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Iban.
