The Ukit of Malaysia

The Ukit of Malaysia, numbering about 300 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a small, once-nomadic Orang Ulu people of the upper Rejang and Balui river areas in Sarawak, Borneo, historically reclusive and reduced by conflict with expanding Iban settlers.

They are an indigenous people in the Borneo-Kalimantan people cluster of the Malay Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Ukit.
