The Southern Conchucos Ancash Quechua of Peru, numbering about 352,000 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Quechua-speaking people of Peru's Ancash department, settled in rural highland communities east of the Cordillera Blanca in a region historically home to pre-Inca peoples such as the Huari and Piscopampa.
They are an indigenous people in the Quechua people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Folk Catholicism, and they primarily speak Southern Conchucos Ancash Quechua.
