The Calderon Highland Quichua of Ecuador, numbering about 52,500 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are an Indigenous Kichwa-speaking people of the northern Ecuadorian highlands whose identity emerged from the blending of pre-Columbian Andean populations under the spread of Highland Quichua language and culture in the Sierra region.
They are an indigenous people in the Quechua people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Calderón Highland Quichua.
