The Kaxuyana of Brazil
The Kaxuyana of Brazil, numbering about 950 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a small Cariban people of Brazil's Tumucumaque Indigenous Park who, after losing much of their population to disease, were absorbed with other remnant groups into the neighboring Tiriyo community they still share territory with today.
They are an indigenous people in the South American Indigenous people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Trió.
