The Southern Barasano of Colombia
The Southern Barasano of Colombia, numbering about 15 people, are No Longer Unreached. They are a Tucanoan people of Colombia's Vaupes region along the Piraparana River, part of a multilingual exogamy system in which marrying a speaker of one's own language is treated as forbidden, similar to incest.
They are an indigenous people in the Amazon people cluster of the Latin American and Caribbean Peoples. Their primary religion is Animism, and they primarily speak Barasana-Eduria.
