The Taabwa of Zambia
The Taabwa of Zambia, numbering about 141,000 people, are Unengaged and Unreached. They are a central Bantu people of Lake Tanganyika whose ancestors migrated from the Congo region into Zambia and whose identity is closely linked to the Taabwa language and related Bemba-speaking peoples.
They are a diaspora people in the Bantu, Central-South people cluster of the Sub-Saharan African Peoples. Their primary religion is Ethnoreligion, and they primarily speak Taabwa.
